A Rare Chance to Grow and Protect Forest Ranch Park:

Eugene Parks Foundation has a time-sensitive opportunity to purchase three privately owned parcels totaling 17.5 acres directly south of Forest Ranch Parkif we can complete the acquisition in 2025.

The property includes more than ¼ mile of year-round Spencer Creek frontage, adding to the already preserved frontage in the park.

By securing this land, we can prevent future construction from encroaching on park views, create a truly secluded 90+ acre park, and open the door for a more extensive, looping trail system for hikers, runners, and families to enjoy.

Forest Ranch Land Acquisition Opportunity

We’re eager to move forward—but we can’t do it without you. The total purchase price is $420,000, and a generous donor has already committed to cover half. That leaves $210,000 we need to raise quickly to secure this land for the community.
