FOREST RANCH Expansion
A Rare Chance to Grow and Protect Forest Ranch Park:
Eugene Parks Foundation has a time-sensitive opportunity to purchase three privately owned parcels totaling 17.5 acres directly south of Forest Ranch Park—if we can complete the acquisition in 2025.
The property includes more than ¼ mile of year-round Spencer Creek frontage, adding to the already preserved frontage in the park.
By securing this land, we can prevent future construction from encroaching on park views, create a truly secluded 90+ acre park, and open the door for a more extensive, looping trail system for hikers, runners, and families to enjoy.
We’re eager to move forward—but we can’t do it without you. The total purchase price is $420,000, and a generous donor has already committed to cover half. That leaves $210,000 we need to raise quickly to secure this land for the community.
