Agents of Discovery is an interactive mobile game that turns Eugene’s parks and landmarks into an exciting adventure! Solve challenges, learn about nature, history, and culture, and explore the outdoors—all while having fun!

Where Can We Play?

At any given time, six missions will be available across different Eugene parks and trails. Get to know the current missions below.

Missions

Adventures in Awbrey Park

Get to know this charming pocket park in the Santa Clara neighborhood. You’ll find fun challenges along Spring Creek, around Awbrey Park’s pollinator garden, and in the playground. Enjoy the forest’s shade and open lawn space perfect for play!

Bethel Community Park Exploration

This mission takes place in a multi-purpose park in northwest Eugene. Have fun completing challenges throughout Bethel Community Park’s two playgrounds and large grassy areas. Bring lunch to have a picnic while you’re there!

Discovering Delta Ponds

Hit the 1.4-mile loop trail around Delta Ponds. Along the way, you’ll find exciting challenges that help you learn more about the park’s restoration, the importance of wetlands, and the critters that call this place home!

The Alton Baker Park Adventure

Start this mission at the main park entrance on Day Island Road. As you explore around the duck pond, pass by planets on the Eugene Solar System Trail, and enjoy the trees and grass, you’ll find challenges to learn more about the park!

The Willamette River Mission

To start this mission, head to the parking area for RiverPlay Discovery Village Playground. From here, you’ll find fun challenges that follow the river from Saturn to Jupiter on the Eugene Solar System Trail. A great spot to explore Skinner Butte while you’re at it!

The Wild Iris Ridge Walk

Get to know the western end of Eugene’s Ridgeline Trail system! Start at the trailhead at Bailey Hill Road & South Bertelsen Road and hike the park’s 3.5-mile lollipop loop to unlock challenges about this unique environment.
