Ascot Park Fitness Station

Five outdoor fitness stations are planned for the following locations: Ascot, Amazon, Golden Gardens, Maurie Jacobs, and Mattie Reynolds Parks.

These stations are a free and accessible way for people of all ages and fitness levels to get fit and stay healthy. They offer a fun and social way to exercise outdoors with equipment that can be used alone or with family and friends.

These new fitness stations have the potential to enhance cardiovascular fitness, increase muscular strength and flexibility, as well as elevate our mood and overall sense of well-being.

One outdoor fitness station will be a ninja course!
